This chapter systematically reviews the series of means adopted by the Chinese Communist Party over more than a decade, in order to cover up its crimes of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners: from denying the use of organs from executed prisoners, to exposing it as a more palatable scandal of live organ harvesting from death row prisoners, to deleting and tampering online information, to hyping up organ donations in China, and finally to blaming the entire organ harvesting issue on Zhou Yongkang.

Alongside the organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners, the Chinese Communist Party has conducted psychological tests on the death process, drug tests, other human subject tests, and autopsy lectures using practitioners. Bodies of Falun Gong practitioners and the remains of those tortured to death have even been made into human specimens using the method of "plastination", and those bodies have been displayed around the world in profitable exhibitions.

In the last chapter, we examined the liver and kidney transplant data for 712 hospitals. This is because we noticed the discrepancies in official data from reports in China and the fact that some data were never updated. So we revised our report with a focus on transplant data in different time frames.

A comprehensive data analysis indicates the number of liver and kidney transplants performed by Chinese hospitals is at least 300% higher than previous Party claims.

Based on the Party's statements regarding transplant volume in China, most Westerners assumed that China's transplant rate declined after 2006. The fact is that the amount of organ transplants remains above 2003 levels after 2006, and that fact continues to this day.

This chapter explores how China was able to take the lead in global transplants using reversed tissue typing. To attain the number of organ transplants publicized officially, as many as 100,000 donors may be necessary for tissue typing – essentially, a huge live organ reservoir. That number is not compatible with the argument that death-row prisoners served as the source of organs.
