As a former Director of the Shanxi Prison Administration and Director of Shanxi 610 Office, Feng Zheng is responsible for persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in Shanxi.

As head of the CCP’s propaganda department, Liu Yun Shan incited particularly severe violations of Falun Gong practitioners’ human rights and religious freedom, subjecting them to torture, prolonged detention without charges, disappearance by abduction, and other flagrant denial of the right to life, liberty, and the security of persons.

Deputy Chief of Domestic Security, Division of Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department. His main responsibility is to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.

This report presents 200 recorded phone investigation conversations from more than 100 hospitals and organ transplant centers. The people investigated include hospital presidents, communist party committee secretaries, organ transplant department directors, chief surgeons, professors and organ transplant ward nurses. They are all participants and witnesses of the organ transplants from living Falun Gong practitioners.

From Dec 26, 2019 to Jan 15, 2020, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) conducted an investigation on Li Guowei, a kidney transplant surgeon at Xijing Hospital Affiliated to the Air Force Medical University (formerly the Fourth Military Medical University). The investigation result confirms once again that the CCP has the live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, and this heinous crime is still ongoing.

From October 19 to December 2, 2018, in view of the CCP organ transplant institutions’ extreme sensitivity towards the topic of live organ harvesting of Falun Dafa (aka Falun Gong) practitioners, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) conducted a series of phone investigations on some key hospitals and their presidents or directors.
