Qu Ming
Summary: Qu Ming is the director of the Hepatobiliary and Renal Surgery Department and Organ Transplantation Center of the No. 970 Hospital of the PLA’s Joint Logistics Support Force (Formerly the PLA’s No. 107 Hospital).
In June 2001, the hospital approved the establishment of the "Hepatobiliary Surgery Department" and the Organ Transplantation Center headed by Qu Ming, Jiang Tianjun, Du Yingdong, etc. The Hepatobiliary Surgery Center of the PLA’s No. 107 Hospital is the Shandong Organ Transplantation Base of the Second Military Medical University (Navy Medical University) Military Organ Transplantation Institute, and carries out liver, kidney, pancreas and other transplant operations. The transplantation center of the hospital has a strong transplantation team, sometimes it can do 3 to 4 liver transplants a day, and liver transplantation has entered the stage of routine surgery. It claims to be developing rapidly like a "high-speed train". The liver transplantation center has 60 beds. WOIPFG’s telephone investigations showed that the waiting time for transplantation is short, there are many liver sources, and there are multiple transplantation teams.
In view of the broader background of the Chinese Communist Party's state crime of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, since the No. 970 Hospital of the PLA’s Joint Logistics Support Force (Formerly the PLA’s No. 107 Hospital) has been involved in the crime, Qu Ming, the director of the hospital's the Hepatobiliary and Renal Surgery Department and Organ Transplantation Center, is a major suspect.
Qu Ming, Director of the Hepatobiliary and Renal Surgery and Organ Transplantation Center. In 1987, he graduated from the Jinan Military Region Medical College and started working in the Department of Surgery of the PLA’s No. 107 Hospital. Since 2000, Qu Ming has studied in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital Affiliated to the Second Military Medical University in Shanghai, Tongji University School of Medicine in Wuhan, Tianjin First Central Hospital, and Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital. In June 2001, the hospital agreed to formally establish the "Hepatobiliary Surgery" headed by Qu Ming, Jiang Tianjun, Du Yingdong, etc.
Since the establishment of the Hepatobiliary and Renal Surgery and Organ Transplantation Center, it has carried out the first "late-stage liver cirrhosis, multiple organ failure combined with giant chylothorax, chylous abdomen liver transplantation" in China and the first "liver-kidney combined transplantation" in Shandong Province[1].
The 970th PLA Hospital has two campuses, the headquarters (Yantai) and the Weihai Medical District. They were formed by the former PLA’s No. 107 Hospital and the former PLA’s 404 Hospital. It is a comprehensive military tertiary Level A hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, and recuperation[2]. On August 1, 2013, the hospital was designated by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the Communist Party of China to carry out liver transplantation[3].
The hospital is the Shandong Organ Transplantation Base of the Second Military Medical University’s Military Organ Transplantation Institute. The Hepatobiliary Surgery Center of the PLA’s No. 107 Hospital is the Shandong Organ Transplantation Base of the Second Military Medical University (Navy Medical University)’s Military Organ Transplantation Institute and the Jinan Military Region’s Medical Specialty Center. The center is proficient in liver, kidney, pancreas and other organs transplant operations, and is at the leading level in the Jiaodong Peninsula[4].
The hospital’s transplant center has a strong team, sometimes performing 3 to 4 liver transplants a day. The liver transplant center currently has 40 technicians, including 10 with senior professional titles and 10 postgraduates with master’s degrees or above. Du Yingdong, deputy director of the Liver Transplantation Center, said that sometimes 3 to 4 liver transplants could be performed in a day. Liver transplantation has entered the stage of routine surgery and is developing rapidly like a "high-speed train"[5].
The Liver Transplantation Center has 60 beds[6]. The hospital has also carried out a large number of emergency liver transplants for severe hepatitis and liver necrosis, drug-induced liver necrosis, and fulminant liver failure[7].

If you come here to register, maybe a liver source will become available immediately. But the surgery can be done at least three days later. There are many liver sources here.
