To investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in society.
WOIPFG's Investigative Report on the Alleged Organ Harvesting of Living Falun Gong Practitioners by Ma Lulin, Director of the Urology Department of Peking University Third Hospital
Apr 9, 2025

Summary: Ma Lulin has served as the chief surgeon and director of the Urology Department of Peking University Third Hospital since January 2001. He has long been engaged in kidney transplantation and has completed more than 1,200 kidney transplants.

The hospital is one of the joint institutions of the Peking University Organ Transplantation Institute. Zhu Jiye, director of the Institute and director of the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department of Peking University People's Hospital, said in an interview with China Economic Weekly: "Our hospital once performed 4,000 liver and kidney transplants in one year." The kidney transplant center led by Ma Lulin ranked third in Beijing in 2001 and ranked first in Beijing in 2004 in the number of kidney transplants. Since then, it has become one of the largest kidney transplant centers nationwide. Telephone investigations show that there are multiple kidney transplant teams that can do it.

In view of the broader background of the Chinese Communist Party's state crime of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, since Peking University Third Hospital is allegedly involved in the crime, Ma Lulin, the director of the hospital's Urology Department, is a major suspect.
