She originally worked at Tianjin City First Central Hospital, which was established at the same time as the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. After 1999, the number of organ transplants increased explosively[3]. Huge organ transplant institutions and organ transplant research institutions were quickly established, and with a large transplant team, it is one of the largest hospitals in China that has done most transplants. In 2000, 2002, and 2003, the Tianjin City Organ Transplant Center, Tianjin Organ Transplant Research Institute, and Tianjin City First Central Hospital Oriental Organ Transplant Center were established successively. On September 1, 2006, the newly built transplant building with more than 500 beds (other official media reported that the number of beds dedicated to transplants had reached more than 700 when it opened) was put into use, with a bed utilization rate of 90 to 131.1%. It can carry out conventional liver and kidney transplantation, living donor liver and kidney transplantation, split liver transplantation, etc., achieving full coverage of transplantation surgical methods.[4]

Since obtaining the "license" for liver and kidney organ transplantation in 2017, the Organ Transplantation Department of Shenzhen City Third Hospital was approved as a key medical discipline in Shenzhen in 2020. The organ transplantation department she leads includes the Liver Transplantation Department, Kidney Transplantation Department and Organ Transplantation Research Institute, with 93 beds and an average of more than 600 surgeries per year. The department carries out liver and kidney transplantation, etc. In recent years, the department's services have spread to many provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country.[5]
