Notice of Investigation by WOIPFG Wang Keming from Tianjin City Third Central HospitalIndicted in Los Angeles for alleged forced organ harvesting
At about 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) assisted the victims in filing a lawsuit against Wang Keming, director of the Urology Department of Tianjin City Third Central Hospital, in the United States Federal District Court in Los Angeles for suspected involvement in the crime of genocide of forced organ harvesting. The court accepted the case for human rights crimes that violated federal law, issued a subpoena to the defendant Wang Keming, and served it to the defendant himself. At the same time, WOIPFG filed the case to the U.S. Immigration and Border Enforcement (ICE / U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement).
Wang Keming has been under WOIPFG’s investigation for his alleged involvement in the genocide and anti-human rights crimes of forced organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. Since Tianjin is the area most seriously involved in forced organ harvesting, Wang Keming, as the director of the Urology Department of Tianjin City Third Central Hospital, is the person responsible for the case and a key target of investigation. Wang Keming was also on the list previously submitted by WOIPFG to the FBI and investigative agencies of various countries.
Wang Keming, male, was the director of the Urology Department of Tianjin City Third Central Hospital, a member of the Tianjin Branch of the Chinese Medical Association for Organ Transplantation, and is good at kidney transplantation. In the past ten years, under the leadership of Wang Keming, the Urology Department of Tianjin City Third Central Hospital has carried out kidney transplantation in Tianjin. From October 1999 to July 2002, 395 kidney transplant donors and recipients were matched at the Tianjin City Central Blood Station. From October 2004 to October 2006, the hospital performed 47 allogeneic kidney transplants. In view of the background of the CCP's state crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, Tianjin is the region most seriously involved in forced organ harvesting. As the director of the Urology Department of Tianjin City Third Central Hospital, Wang Keming is the person responsible in the case. At the same time, we have reasonable reasons to believe that, in applying for US visa, Wang Keming concealed his experience of participating in organ harvesting or concealed his identity as a member of the CCP, constituting visa fraud or immigration fraud.
Wang Keming recently entered Los Angeles on a family visit visa. WOIPFG, tipped by an informant, tracked him down, found out his temporary residence and activities in the United States, and assisted the plaintiff in completing the legal procedures of the federal district court in Los Angeles. Wang Keming may face a court investigation, trial, property freeze, identification revocation, visa cancellation, etc. Once the crime of genocide and crimes against humanity are established, the consequences will be extremely serious.
Since 1999, the CCP criminal group has controlled the entire state apparatus and carried out genocidal persecution against hundreds of millions of Falun Gong practitioners. This has lasted for 25 years and is still continuing.
This persecution uses brainwashing to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief in Falun Dafa. Those who refuse to give up their belief are kidnapped, illegally sentenced, tortured, and even subjected to killing through large-scale forced organ harvesting. This is "a crime never seen on this planet," a crime of genocide and a crime against humanity!
According to the long-term investigation of WOIPFG’s global surveillance and tracking system, a large number of suspected criminals have been visiting foreign countries, or emigrating overseas, or transferring their families and illegally acquired assets overseas. They are not only preparing a back-up plan for their future fleeing, but are also infiltrating and eroding the ecological environment of the international community.
We call on all righteous people around the world to take immediate action, collect a comprehensive list of the criminals and evidence of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, report to WOIPFG, and provide evidence for the upcoming grand trial to fully investigate and punish the CCP's crimes against humanity! There is no time to lose! This is not only because such crimes must be punished, but also, it’s to save the last moral conscience of mankind!
Monitoring and tracking the CCP’s organ harvesting criminals in China and overseas, and collecting their names and evidence include but not limited to the murderers who harvested organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, the CCP officials at all levels who are directly responsible, and responsible individuals in the relevant military and police systems who participated in the persecution of Falun Gong.
Forced organ harvesting for transplant is a collective criminal activity. Regardless of whether the evidence of forced organ harvesting has been exposed, all those who participated in or worked for the suspected criminal institutions, units, and organizations are responsible in the case. Therefore, they will all be held accountable in the end. As an individual, as long as he (she) actually participated in the specific work of the organ transplant unit, he (she) is suspected of being a member of the crime and bears corresponding responsibility. For example, the hospital director in charge of transplantation, the director of the transplant department, the chief surgeon, the nurse, the anesthesiologist, the Political and Legal Committee and 610 officials who were responsible for organizing and directing the operation, and the police who were responsible for detaining the victims are all suspected perpetrators of the forced organ harvesting murders. The WOIPFG website has published a list of the responsible units suspected of the crime and their main evidence of the crime, which is available for reference.
Collect names of CCP criminals in China and overseas and the evidence of their crimes, and promptly report to the WOIPFG information about these individuals’ visits and activities in foreign countries, as well as the personal information of their relatives overseas.
When reporting, please indicate the name, gender, age, position, and main characteristics of the individual and their relatives who participated in the CCP persecution (preferably with photos), the addresses in the country or city where they have moved to, have visited or will visit, as well as the time and reason for the visit; whether they have any illicit overseas assets and business activities, and the information about their illicit and hidden property. All of these will be the basis for future economic sanctions, including freezing of funds, compensation, and a comprehensive penalty for the accomplice roles their family members have played, thus serving deterrent and sanctions in all aspects, so that the evil has no way to escape!

WOIPFG will coordinate with government agencies, relevant law enforcement departments, and human rights organizations worldwide based on the information received, and if necessary, pursue legal action against the implicated individuals. Depending on the situation, the family members of these perpetrators may face asset seizure, immigration status revocation, or even deportation. This serves not only as a punishment for the perpetrators but also as a warning to those still committing these crimes.
We warn those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong: the CCP is disintegrating, and a comprehensive reckoning is imminent. Persecuting Falun Gong constitutes genocide and crimes against humanity! Following orders is no excuse for immunity; all participants will be held personally accountable. Confessing, exposing the truth, and striving to atone for your crimes is your only way out!
Our principle is: Those who commit the crime bear the responsibility; collective or organizational crimes are borne by individuals; incitement to persecute is as culpable as direct persecution. Under this principle, all crimes committed under the name of any organization, unit, or system will ultimately fall upon the individuals responsible. All those accountable for persecuting Falun Gong will be thoroughly investigated and brought to justice.
