From April 25, 1999 to the present day, we have so far experienced a 25-year journey of Fa rectification. Falun Dafa is great! Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is great! Dafa has already spread all around the world! At the same time, the evils of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) that victimizes mankind have been exposed to the entire world!

This gory and horrific persecution launched by the Jiang Zemin-led CCP criminal group has also come to an end. The ringleader, Jiang Zemin, is dead, but the heinous crimes he and the CCP crime syndicate have committed against the Chinese people, the Chinese nation and the entire world will never be forgiven! They will face the grandest and most severe court trial in human history! That is, the great trial for the Jiang Zemin-led CCP criminal syndicate’s crime of genocide and crime against humanity for persecuting Falun Gong!

The destruction of the CCP by heaven is the will of the people, and it is historically inevitable. The great wave of over 420 million Chinese people quitting the Party and its affiliated organizations is a countdown to the CCP’s demise.

During this persecution, the most evil is that the Jiang Zemin-led CCP criminal group, through the Political and Legal Affairs Commission and the “610” system, controls and manipulates China’s entire state apparatus, including the Party, government, military, armed police, judicial system and medical institutions, to carry out a nationwide genocidal massacre of Falun Gong practitioners by means of live organ harvesting for organ transplantation. This heinous crime has been ongoing for 25 years, and it is still continuing today. It is a form of evil that had never been seen on this planet. Moreover, the CCP’s state policy of live harvesting has spread to the entire society and threatens every Chinese person today. In recent years, the CCP has been vigorously launching a society-wide organ donation campaign, in an attempt to cover up the evils of live organ harvesting and to drag the whole nation into the abyss of vice.

World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong’s (WOIPFG) nearly two decades of systematic investigation has obtained a large amount of solid evidence confirming that the CCP’s mass live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners, which began at the end of 1999, is a state crime of genocide and a crime against humanity ordered by Jiang Zemin and led by the CCP![1]

As of October 2023, WOIPFG had published 866 pieces of recorded audio evidence and more than 4,000 pieces of documentary evidence pertaining to the CCP’s involvement in the live organ harvesting. Among them, the subjects of investigation in 66 pieces of the audio evidence explicitly admitted or directly testified to the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.

These 66 pieces of direct evidence were obtained from five standing committee members of the CCP Central Politburo, a vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, a Politburo member, a defense minister, and a former head of the health division of the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) General Logistics Department. Many people testified that Jiang Zemin, the former CCP leader, ordered the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners. CCP Central Political Bureau Standing Committee member Li Changchun clearly stated that Zhou Yongkang was specifically in charge of the live organ harvesting. CCP Central Politburo Standing Committee member Zhang Gaoli promised “Jiang Zemin’s secretary”, who was actually a WOIPFG investigator, over the phone that he would stop the CCP authorities’ investigation of Jiang’s crime for ordering the live organ harvesting of millions of Falun Gong practitioners. An eyewitness at a live organ harvesting site at the Shenyang Military Region General Hospital testified about the entire process of the live organ harvesting operation of a Falun Gong practitioner.[2] On April 28, 2019, the deathbed testimonies of Harbin-based Falun Dafa disciple Zhang Xiuqin, who was subjected to live organ harvesting, revealed her harrowing ordeal of being tortured and having her organs harvested alive by the CCP.[3] Li Guowei, a kidney transplant surgeon at Xijing Hospital Affiliated to the Air Force Medical University, explicitly admitted that he could provide organs from Falun Gong practitioners and even stated, “As long as you are daring enough...as long as you dare to take a look, I can bring you to his bedside and let you have a look, that is, to let you see with your own eyes that this person is in his 20s”.[4] Lu Shuheng, a Chinese American, reported the participation of one of his family members in the gruesome live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners at the Shanghai Armed Police Hospital, which was carried out without anesthesia.[5] Ushio Sugawara, a Japanese economic commentator, reported that he had witnessed the Liver Transplantation Department of the Beijing Armed Police General Hospital strapping a Falun Gong practitioner in his 20s, whose tendons on all his hands and feet had previously been severed, to a bed as preparation for the live harvesting of his liver.[6] Chen Qiang, a contact person for organ sources at the PLA No. 307 Hospital, specifically emphasized that they were a one-stop operation to traffick the organs of Falun Gong practitioners by officials, the police and the prisons, and that they could also provide materials on the identity of the Falun Gong practitioner “donors”. Zhu Jiabin, director of the General Department of the “610 Office” in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, admitted in high profile that they had harvested the organs of Falun Gong practitioner Gao Yixi while he was still alive and sold his organs afterwards. There are also investigative telephone recordings of 45 presidents, department directors and doctors from 41 organ transplant hospitals (centers). In the recent three years, in the cases that we investigated, there have still been Falun Gong practitioners being used as organ donors. Therefore, evidence from various aspects confirms that the CCP has not stopped the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.[7] [8]

There are 891 organ transplant hospitals (transplant centers) and 9,519 transplant professionals suspected of participation in live harvesting of Falun Dafa practitioners.

Our investigation results confirm that the CCP has been committing the crime of mass live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners to perpetrate genocide, and the evidence is irrefutable!

The CCP has capitalized on the live harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners’ organs to establish a live organ harvesting and transplant industry, thus creating a massive and gory industry chain that is even more lucrative than drug and arms trafficking. When the organs of Falun Gong practitioners cannot satisfy their infinitely expanding greed, they will definitely extend their murderous hands to the entire society. Therefore, everyone is in danger!

The live organ harvesting is definitely not only a criminal offense of making exorbitant profits and harming people’s lives, but also a crime of genocide! And a state crime of genocide as well! The CCP’s purpose of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners is to exterminate this faith group that believes in Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance. And live organ harvesting for transplantation and profiteering is only a means to stimulate and sustain crime. The live organ harvesting has brought to our society the total collapse of our moral bottom line and the judicial system. It has made people turn a blind eye to this type of evil and even become its accomplices, thus turning the human world into hell on earth.

At the same time, the CCP has fabricated lies to demonize and slander against Falun Gong, inciting hatred against Falun Gong throughout China and the entire world. Concurrently, it has been using various means to silence the international community about the persecution and even make the latter collaborate in its crimes, thus destroying humanity’s moral bottom line in an attempt to bring mankind to destruction.

This is a crime against humanity that is unprecedented in history!

The Chinese Communist Party is the devil that causes calamity to mankind.

We call upon all governments, organizations and righteous people around the world to act immediately to fully investigate and punish the CCP’s crimes against humanity. There’s no time to waste! This is not only because such crimes must be punished, but also because it is to save humanity’s last moral bottom line! The battle between good and evil constitutes a trial for the conscience of every individual, organization and state government. At this critical historical juncture, learning the truth, eliminating the evil CCP and choosing righteousness over evil is to choose a bright future for oneself and one’s country.

We warn all those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong: The CCP is disintegrating, and the day, on which the CCP will be held accountable for all its crimes, is around the corner. The persecution of Falun Gong is a crime of genocide and a crime against humanity. And the perpetrators will face the most serious trials and severe punishments in the history of mankind. Any excuse to enforce an order cannot be used as a reason for exemption, and all participants must bear personal responsibility. Confessing one’s crimes, exposing the CCP’s evils and striving for redemption by performing merits is the only way out!
