WOIPFG’s Investigative Report on the Alleged Organ Harvesting of Living Falun Gong Practitioners at the General Hospital of Northern Theater Command and Its Staff Members Suspected of Participation
Hospital: The General Hospital of Northern Theater Command (formerly the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command, People's Liberation Army)
Address: 83 Wenhua Road, Jinlang-Shangquan, Shenhe District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province
Preface
The General Hospital of Northern Theater Command (formerly the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command, PLA) established the first eye bank in the Northeast region and the entire army, having performed huge number of corneal transplants. Kidney transplants and other large organ transplants are also increased rapidly. Audio and video evidence show that the hospital has a large number of kidney transplants and intensive operations. In 2009, police officers armed with guns at the live harvesting scene witnessed the whole process of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners in the hospital's operating room. Given the nation-wide crime background of the CCP's live organ harvest, the hospital is suspected of participating in the crime of organ harvesting from groups of Falun Gong practitioners.
Hospital overview
The General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command was established in November 1948 as a comprehensive tertiary level-A hospital.[1] There is a regiment-level hospital and a clinical department under it. There are more than 50 clinical medical technical departments and more than 1,200 beds in the headquarters.[2]
I. Witness testimony of an armed guard at the scene: organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners
On December 12, 2009, an armed police officer in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, who had served as a gun guard at the scene of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners, called WOIPFG to prove that he witnessed the entire process of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners. On April 9, 2002, in an operating room on the 15th floor of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command, the witness served as a gun guard. In-person, he saw that a female middle school teacher in her 30s who was practicing Falun Gong had her heart, liver, and kidney organs taken alive by two military doctors (one of whom had an officer’s certificate number 0106069), without anesthetics. Before that, the female teacher had been tortured, humiliated, and raped for a month.[3]
Aside from exposing live organ harvesting, the witness also disclosed more unknown crimes. For example, the Jinzhou Public Security Bureau persecuted and killed many Falun Gong practitioners, but claimed these practitioners suicide or accident; they even sucked out Falun Gong practitioners' brain pulp, etc. Besides, there were even eviler things had been done...
The witness testimony includes:
Operation start time: 5 pm on April 9, 2002
Operation time: 3 hours
Operation location: An operating room on the 15th floor of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command. It is verified that the 15th to 17th floors of the hospital is all used for surgical).[4]
Doctors involved in the operation: Two military doctors sent by an office of the Public Security Department of Liaoning Province: One is a military doctor from the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command, and the other is a military doctor graduated from the Second Military Medical University. One of them came with an officers’ ID number of 0106069.
Total number of people present at the operation: 5 people (witnesses would not be included)
Organs removed during the operation: heart, liver, kidney, cornea.
Other testimony details:
Eyewitness: The scalpel, the scalpel was aimed on the chest. When the knife goes down, the blood was spouted out, and the blood was spouted out, instead of...
Investigator: What you saw was male or female?
Eyewitness: Female
Investigator: Was she young?
Eyewitness: A little over 30 years old.
Investigator: Was she still shouting “Falun Dafa is good?”
Eyewitness: She was still shouting, still shouting that.
Investigator: “Can you tell me how she said it.”
Eyewitness: At that time, we had been interrogating her for a week. She was tortured and had numerous scars on her body. We also used electric batons and electricity. She is already delirious... delirious, and she has been beaten demented. Because she did not eat, we forcibly filled her with milk directly into her stomach and forcibly filled her without needing her to drink. You should know that people would instinctly drink it down if you get your nose pinched. So, she maintained it like this; she lost nearly 7.5 kilos in 7 days. At this time, as we don't know it, it may be an office of the Public Security Department of Liaoning Province, or anyway, a very confidential department sent two people over here. One is a military doctor from the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command of the People's Liberation Army, and the other is a graduate of the Second Military Medical University. Specifically, anyway, one is older, and the other is younger. They sent her to an operating room in the mental hospital and then performed a set of operations. They didn't use any anesthetic. The knife was set on her chest. And their hands even didn't tremble at all. I must shake if I were to get on it. Although I worked as armed police and have held a gun, conducted live ammunition exercises, and have seen many dead bodies, I still awed by these military doctors. They didn't shake their hands at all and pulled the lady out, wearing masks. At that time, we were standing guard next to each other with a pistol. At this time, we heard her yelling, and the woman yelled that "Falun Dafa is good."
Investigator: When the scalpel cut into her chest, she shouted "Falun Dafa is good?"
Eyewitness: (She) screamed and said, "Falun Dafa is good!” (She) said, 'You can kill me…' Basically, she meant, 'you can kill me, but can you kill hundreds of millions of us, the people who are being persecuted for believing in a true faith?' At that moment, the doctors, the military doctors, hesitated. Then they took a look at me, then took another look at our leader, and the officer nodded. He continued with the blood vessels…First was the extraction of the heart, and then the kidneys' extraction. When the scissors cut into a blood vessel in the heart, she began convulsing; it was terrifying. I'm trying to imitate the voice for you, but I am afraid I can't do it well. Her screams were like something was tearing up, tearing up, and then, ah, ah…. her mouth kept gaping, her eyes popping, mouth gaping. Oh dear…I can't go on talking about this.
Investigator: I understand. Do you know her name?
Eyewitness: Her name is…I can’t disclose that, I can’t tell you that, because there were only a few of us in that operating room.
Eyewitness: How about this, I'm giving her a pseudonym, how about ‘Xue Mei Gui’ (‘Snow Rose’). Because her name relates to a kind of flower, so we will call her ‘Xue Mei Gui.’
Investigator: Let's call her 'Xue Mei,' 'Mei' as in 'Mei Gui' ('Rose').
Eyewitness: You could also use ‘Mei’ as in ‘Mei Hua’ (‘Plum Blossom’).
Investigator: Okay, Xue Mei it is then.
Eyewitness: At the time, she was a teacher, a teacher at a middle school. I think her son should be 12 years old this year. Her husband is not someone with powers or an incompetent one. I think he’s a factory worker. Before her death, she had been through unspeakable molestation. Many policemen are very sexually perverted, by using pliers, vaginal speculum. I don’t know where they got that equipment—these things I witnessed firsthand. I only regret that I did not take any photographs of what they did. The policemen sexually violated her. She was good looking, pretty. They raped her… they did so many such things (to her).
Investigator: That is to say you witnessed this at the Public Security Bureau you were working at…

II The Profile of Transplantation Department Growing of the Hospital
1. The ophthalmology department has the largest eye bank with an immense capacity for surgery
In 2010, the public official hospital website presented that, "The Ophthalmology Department of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command, has the largest eye bank in the army and the Northeast region. The Ophthalmology Department of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command has decades of history in corneal transplantation. The source of donors is quite abundant.[5] The number of corneal transplants of the hospital ranks among the top ones in Northeast China. It is the only hospital in Shenyang that can provide corneal materials for corneal transplant patients at any given time and a leading organization for corneal transplants in Northeast China. It is also currently considered as the unit with the largest number of corneal transplants in the Shenyang region." "Over 1,000 cases of corneal transplants have been implemented." [6]
2. The Kidney Transplant Department performed a large number of operations. The growing of other large organ transplant departments
The hospital's historical data has shown that the Department of Urology of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command is a crucial department and kidney transplant center in the Shenyang Military Region, with 36 beds. In recent years, the annual number of kidney transplants has exceeded 100. As of 2005, more than 1,500 kidney transplants have been completed.[7]
On August 24, 2007, the Ministry of Health announced the first batch of 89 hospitals approved for organ transplantation in the country, 27 of which are military hospitals, including the kidney transplantation project of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command; Among the 95 designated hospitals to carry out organ transplants the, 23 are military hospitals, including the heart/lung transplant program of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command.[8]
According to the website information in 2014, the hospital introduced that "large organ transplantation technology has also taken amazing steps in the past two years based on years of experience in kidney transplantation, and has successively carried out heart, liver, and lung large organ transplants." [9]
III. The clues by media: Organ transplants in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command are matched quickly
According to a report by Minghui.com on February 7, 2007: The sister of a Falun Gong practitioner, who is not a practitioner by herself, was admitted to the Shenyang Army General Hospital (the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command) due to tumor surgery. During the medical treatment, it was discovered that the matching of organ transplantation was rather rapid, and the operation could be scheduled within a few days without waiting or registering. Many patients undergoing organ replacement were in and out of the hospital during this time. It is said that a batch of 19 cases was performed just a few days ago.[10]
IV. Video evidence shows the kidney transplant operations in this hospital were frequent
Yu Ming is a Falun Gong practitioner from Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, Mainland China. One day in 2018, he went to the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command for an unannounced visit and came into contact with a patient who had undergone kidney transplantation in the hospital. The patient told him that "I've been hospitalized for two weeks. The cost of hospitalization with surgery so far is 300,000."
During the unannounced visit, the patient also revealed the hospital's operation: "They performed two operations at a time, one (kidney donor) was used by two people, i.e., a pair of kidneys were given to two people." According to the analysis, these critical details indicating that the donor cannot be the kind of kidney seller. Because if you sell one kidney and keep the other, you can still be alive. It is also impossibly the case that a kidney donated by a relative, because if both kidneys are both taken out, then this person will die.
Kidney transplant operations in this hospital are quite frequent. The patient said: "They would have a pair of operations every one or two days during the few days I was hospitalized." [11]
