WOIPFG Completes Preparation of Evidence in Anticipation of International Criminal Court Trial against the Chinese Communist Party

The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) was founded on January 20, 2003. It is based in New York and has branches in Europe, Australia, Asia and Canada.
TheChinese Communist Regime (CCP)launched the nationwide persecution of Falun Gong in 1999. The CCP is an incumbent totalitarian dictatorship, and is the most evil, cunning, brutal and largest de facto terrorist entity in the world today.This is the first time inhistorythatvictims of state sanctioned persecutionhave undertaken a systematic investigation and collection of evidence, and launched legal, judicial and righteous actions against individual perpetrators to effectively deter further persecution.
1. Allegations Against 76,132 Individuals and 35,551 Institutions
WOIPFG has released ninesets of lists of alleged perpetratorsof the persecution since December 9, 2004. As of July 10, 2016, 76,132 individuals and 35,551 institutionsare suspected of engaging in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Among them, 7,716 individuals are from the 610 officeand 9,816 individuals are from the Commission of Politics and Law. Furthermore,891 Chinese hospitals and 9,519 surgeonsare suspected of committing crimes of organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
2. As of July 15, 2016,WOIPFG Has Released 6,439Notices and Notifications
We continue the investigation of egregious individual caseson a daily basis and then release investigation notifications. These notices are sentto the perpetrator, his work unit, authorities at the next higher level and the local community. Further investigation is then carried out among relevant personnel for verification purposes. Follow-up work is then performed in compliance with legal and judicial processes.
3. SystematicInvestigation:334Reports, 76 About State Sanctioned Organ Harvesting
WOIPFG has finished the systematic investigation of the persecution of Falun Gong in China. As of August 18, 2016, we have published 334 reports, totaling5.8 million words. These reportstarget the various apparatuses of the regime, including the Party, the administration, the military, judicial and legal branches, propaganda departments, education departments, culturaldepartments and overseas infiltration, etc.
Seventy-six of thesereports are about organ harvesting. Our investigation indicates that 891 hospitals and 9,519transplant surgeons across Chinaare allegedly involved inorgan harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. WOIPFG has set up individual files on each hospital and the individualmedical personnel. The evidence we have collected (such as cached webpages and medical papers) amount to more than 100GB in volume.
WOIPFG investigators have made tens of thousands of telephone calls as part of this investigation, and have gathered evidence of organ harvesting crimes through these calls from members of China’s most senior leadership, including five standing committee members of the CCP Central Politburo, a vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, a committee member of the Central Politburo, a defense minister, a former health minister of the General Logistics Department of the PLA and more than 20 hospitals where organ transplantation surgeonsadmitted to using Falun Gong practitioners as donors.
As of July 15, 2016, WOIPFG has published evidence from 60 recorded telephone interviews and 1,628 data items. All the evidence indicates that organ harvesting is astate sanctioned crime led by the CCP and ordered by theformer head of the CCP, Jiang Zemin.
4. The Global Monitoring and Tracking System
The Global Monitoring and Tracking System was founded by WOIPFG in conjunction witha number of human rights organizations and individuals. The system covers more than 110 countries and nearly 500 cities. It effectively monitorsand tracksParty and governmentofficialsallegedlyinvolved in the persecution of Falun Gong, and assists in legal prosecution by helping the victims take legal action against the perpetratorswhile these officials travelabroad. WOIPFG has taken part infiling lawsuits againstthe most senior CCP officials, includingJiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Zeng Qinghong, Liu Yi and Bo Xilai, etc.
