No More Illusory Hope for Chinese Communist Party, It is an Evil Devil
Ladies and Gentlemen,
On behalf of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, I am here to commemorate the great date of April 25th, and congratulate our fellow Chinese who have announced the three withdrawals - so far 230 million Chinese have formally quit the Chinese Communist party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations.
April 25 of 1999 witnessed the glorious act of Falun Gong practitioners who demonstrated uncompromising courage in the pursuit of truth. Seventeen years later, we have reached another milestone when more than 200 million fully awakened Chinese have announced their withdrawals to disintegrate the CCP.
It has been proven by numerous facts that Chinese communist regime is the most evil state terrorists and criminal group. CCP is just an evil devil! We shall have no more illusory hope for the Chinese communist party. What we should do is to disintegrate the CCP and embrace a new era! When everyone has truly come to understand the evil nature of CCP, they will know how dangerous it is to live on the same planet with the CCP, how important it is to quit the CCP and disintegrate the CCP!
I. CCP Has Never Changed Its Evil Nature and Never Stopped Its Persecution of Falun Gong and Chinese People
Large amount of evidence obtained by WOIPFG has indicated that, the Chinese communist regime, led by the former dictator Jiang Zemin, has been committing the crime of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners since 1999, with involvement of communist party organizations, military, public security, judicial and medical organizations. It is happening on a large scale all over the country. It is a genocide crime. A huge number of Falun Gong have been murdered as a result.
Through tens of thousands of phone investigations, WOIPFG collected more than 2,000 telephone conversations that can serve as evidence. We investigated several tens of thousands of news reports, research papers, hospital websites/archived websites and database related to 865 hospitals performing organ transplants and more than 9,500 organ transplant surgeons. Through systematic search and analysis, we collected tens of thousands of evidences, published 60 phone evidences and 1,628 data evidences.
All these evidences indicated that it was Jiang Zemin who issued the order and CCP played the leading role in the crime of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. It is a crime of genocide, a crime against humanity! This crime was started in 1999, and it is still going on today!
IV. A Genuine Anti-Corruption is to End the Persecution and Disintegrate CCP
The CCP’s crime in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, especially the crime of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, has long kicked off the count-down of CCP disintegration. Putting an end to the CCP is to follow the heaven’s will, people’s wish. It is an inevitable historical trend.
V. No More Illusory Hope for the CCP. Everyone with Righteousness and Conscience Should Take Action
The CCP has been harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners alive is a huge test of everyone’s conscience. It is a serious moral issue to partner with such an evil and atrocious regime. We call on everyone with righteousness and conscience to take actions.
1. Spread the Nine Commentaries to family, relatives, friends, neighbors and colleagues, tell them about CCP’s crime of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. Let the whole society know the truth, and everyone stand up to oppose CCP’s crime against humanity.
2. Help to track and collect the names of those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong and the related evidence, report them to WOIPFG. Let’s work together to prepare for the grand trial in history.
3. Make the right choice to follow one’s righteousness and conscience and withdraw from the CCP, to be part of great historical chapter -- disintegrating CCP.
IV. We Will Continue Our Investigation Diligently and Get Ready for the Greatest Trial in Human History
On April 21, 2016, WOIPFG released the 9th name list to be further investigated. There are three different categories of people in the 9th name list: personnel at 610 Offices in different provinces and cities, 3,901 people; personnel inside the political and legislative affairs system, 5,360 people, and 16,325 people responsible for the illegal arrests, incarceration and torture of Falun Gong practitioners in China’s national security, state security and public security system. These people are within the different hierarchies of CCP’s party committees, political and legislative affairs committees, 610 Offices as well as public security, procurator, judicial, prison and labor camp system. The collection of the 9th name list took place between July 4,2015, the date of the previous release of the 8th name list, and April 12,2016. Some were obtained through investigation, some were reported to us.
Ever since WOIPFG released the first name list on December 9,2004, we have publicized 9 name lists as of now. Altogether, those responsible people suspected to have been involved in the persecution add up to: 7,716 personnel in 610 Offices, 9,816 personnel in the political and legislative affairs system, 14,665 organizations and 53,300 people that should be held accountable for the persecution. The release of these name lists has caused quite a stir inside the CCP. Many people who participated in the persecution before contacted WOIPFG, indicating they would not persecute practitioners any more, and would expose other people’s crimes to atone for their past misconducts.
At the same time, I would like to warn those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong. CCP is heading towards its dissolution, the entire CCP organization will face legal trials for every single crime it has committed. The persecution of Falun Gong is a crime of genocide and crime against humanity! It is the same crime as Nazi war criminals. No one can be exempted by resorting to the excuse that he or she is following the orders from above. All those involved in the persecution will be held accountable as an individual. Your only way out is to turn yourself in and confess, to expose the evil and try to do good things to atone for your crimes.
WOIPFG’s principles are: whoever has committed the crime is responsible for it; individuals are responsible for organized crimes; instigating a crime is the same as directly committing a crime. Based on these principles, all the crimes conducted in the name of organizations, units, and systems will eventually be the responsibility of the individuals. All the responsible persons who have participated in the persecution of Falun Gong will be investigated thoroughly and brought to justice.
It is our responsibility to live up to the promise of “Never Again.” The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong was established with the mission to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity, and to restore and uphold justice in society. This is our promise to the world and we will never give up.
