April 25: Marking a Historical Milestone and Exposing Atrocities Committed by the Chinese Communist Regime

Ladies and Gentlemen, Greetings.

Sixteen years ago, 10,000 Falun Gong practitioners from all over China protested in Beijing to appeal for their freedom of belief. In fact, it was also an opportunity for the Chinese Communist dictatorship to reform itself.

Yet, under then-leader Jiang Zemin, the regime chose to treat its citizens as enemies of the state and targeted them for a brutal suppression campaign. Falun Gong practitioners started an unprecedented undertaking to expose the crimes committed by the Chinese Communist regime and offer an escape path for all Chinese from the grip of the Party’s oppression and propaganda.

Since the publication of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, more than 200 million Chinese citizens have chosen to severe their ties with the Communist Party, the Communist Youth League, and the Young Pioneers. As a result of its brutality in suppressing Falun Gong practitioners and other Chinese citizens, the Chinese Communist Party has brought about its own inevitable demise.

We are here today to celebrate this great moment in history, April 25, 1999. We are also here to celebrate these 200 million brave souls who have separated themselves from the Party. April 25, 1999 shall be a historical milestone to witness the courage to seek out the truth by all Falun Gong practitioners. Sixteen years later, it is also a historical milestone to witness the awakening of 200 million Chinese.

On behalf of the WOIPFG, I am here to congratulate these 200 million fellow Chinese brothers and sisters who chose to sever ties with all CCP organizations. To cut off all ties with the Party is to abolish the evil. Only when all Chinese truly learn the evil nature of the CCP will they know how dangerous it is to be associated with it, and to recognize how fortunate it is to escape from it.

The large amount of evidence gathered by WOIPFG has shown that the Chinese Communist regime acts as a deadly crime ring. It has mobilized the entire nation’s resources to carry out the violent suppression of Falun Gong practitioners, and even harvests their organs for profit on a large scale.

During an undercover telephone investigation conducted by WOIPFG, the former Minister of Health for the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) General Logistics Department Bai Shuzhong discussed an order from Jiang Zemin to start organ harvesting. Former Minister of Defense Liang Guanglie also admitted that the Central Military Commission had held meetings discussing forced organ harvesting at military hospitals. Li Changchun, former member of the Politburo Standing Committee, also admitted after being inquired about “organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners” that “Zhou Yongkong was in charge of this matter, he knew all about it.”

During the undercover telephone investigations against nationwide military, armed police, and civilian hospitals, one can clearly hear that they treat this genocide as “business as usual.”

2、Chen Qiang, a kidney broker representative for the PLA 307 Hospital in FengtaiDistrict, Beijing, admitted that the officials, police and the prisons cooperated to form a supply chain for the trade of organs from Falun Gong practitioners. They can further provide authentication for “donor” IDs.（Download MP3)

3、Police from the Intermediate People's Court of Jinzhou City clearly stated that“If the price is right, we can provide organs from Falun Gong practitioners.”（Download MP3）

4、Chief surgeons of the Organ Transplant Center from Beijing and Tianjin, as well as transplant doctors from Shanghai, and Hubei, Guangxi Provinces, all have admitted openly to the use of Falun Gong practitioners as organ donors. Most of them also guarantee that transplant surgery can be carried out in 1-2 weeks. A doctor answered a question from a patient in Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital: "Are there any organs from Falun Gong practitioners?" The answer: "What we have here is all this type."（Download MP3）；A director named Song of the Tianjin No. 1 Central Hospital admitted, “Of course, we have a similar situation here.”（Download MP3）

The brutality of the Chinese Communist Party is no less than that of the Nazi regime or Unit 731 during the Second World War. Today, 9 years after the first witness testimony emerged, the CCP is still harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. But I can see that the truth is being revealed all over the world, and the CCP shall be held accountable by the worlds’ people.

Even under such brutal persecution, Falun Gong practitioners all over mainland China dedicated themselves to tell their fellow countrymen about the persecution, to ask them to abolish ties with the CCP, to escape the mental control, brainwashing, and deception. They are telling their countrymen to overcome fear. This is the greatest undertaking that transcends politics, money, and personal revenge. It shows their great compassion. Everything done by the practitioners, including the appeal on April 25, 1999, are all rational, peaceful, and kindhearted.

Ladies and Gentlemen: exposing the organ harvesting crimes is testing the conscience of every person in this world. To continue one’s affiliation with the CCP is a moral issue. Severing one’s ties with CCP is to abandon the evil and embrace human conscience.

We appeal to governments, human rights organizations, and people all over the world to take action to put a stop to the crimes being committed by the Chinese Communist regime. Let us all safeguard peace and security for humanity.

WOIPFG will continue to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure, to exercise fundamental principles of humanity, and to restore and uphold justice in society.
