To investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in society.

On March 3, 2013, WOIPFG published the 6th update to the list of the organizations and individuals who are suspected to have participated in the persecution of Falun Gong. The list consists of 3 categories: 1,887 individuals from the “610 Office,” 2,997 individuals from the Political & Legal Affairs Committee (PLAC), the 8,841 organizations and 19,839 individuals from various levels of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) committees, public security organs, procuratorate, court, prosecutors, prisons and labor camps.

Since our establishment on Jan. 20, 2003, WOIFPG has been gathering evidences of organizations and individuals’ participation in the persecution of Falun Gong. The list has been kept up to date. The publication of the list is to aid in deepening and widening the investigation and to increase the awareness of the general public in the on-going persecution. All these are in preparation for bringing those criminals to the court of justice.
In addition, the list has been forwarded to various government agencies, justice departments, media, and international police forces and the court. The data will become an important part of the judicial proceedings.
The publication of the list is also to provide an opportunity for those suspected criminals. If they could realize the dire consequences of their conducts and stop participating in the persecution, they and their families will have a better future.

Since Dec. 9, 2004 when the list was first published, it has generated quite an effect on those within the CCP system. Many CCP officials have contacted WOIPFG providing information in exchange for their names to be removed from the list. WOIPFG welcome those who no longer participate in the persecution to provide evidence of such. After the information is verified, the list will be updated.

WOIPFG will continue to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, to bring such investigation to full closure no matter how long it takes or how far we have to search. WOIFPG will continue to exercise the fundamental principles of humanity and to restore and uphold justice in society.
