An Invitation to Investigate Concentration Camps in China from “WOIPFG Investigation Committee on Sujiatun Extermination Camp”
World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) extends its most sincere invitation to the following organizations to form a joint investigation group to go to China and investigate reports from insiders that, in Sujiatun and other extermination camps, several thousands living Falun Gong practitioners’ organs are harvested for profits before their bodies are cremated::
Amnesty International, WHO, International Anti-Torture Committee, International Special Tribunal, the United Nations’ Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), the United States Congress Human Rights Committee, Canadian Human Rights Committee, Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Reporters without Borders, as well as all government agencies, non-government agencies and international medias.
Whereas, multiple witnesses have testified that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) established a secret extermination camp in Sujiatun, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, as well as in other cities and provinces. In these camps a large number of Falun Gong practitioners are incarcerated and their organs harvested while they are still alive before their bodies are cremated on-site to eliminate the evidence. . Several thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been exterminated in one camp alone. This qualifies as genocide; and
Whereas, as of April 4, 2006, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) has verified in its initial investigation that there are human organ farms in at least 12 provinces and cities in China where living Falun Gong practitioners are butchered on demand for organ harvests and a very large number of Falun Gong practitioners are at the brink of death at any time; and
Whereas, WOIPFG has received information from an informant that this is a state-run operation that involves the CCP’s military system, armed police system, political and legal committees, the medical system, as well as Mainland Chinese mafias. In other words, the CCP is running the extermination camps with both the military power and the mafia. The CCP is now hunting for the heads of many insiders with evidences in their hands to eliminate evidence of the extermination camps; and
Whereas, on March 27, 2006, weeks after Sujiatun Extermination Camp was exposed, the Chinese Communist Party made an announcement on its mouthpiece media that China has made a new law to ban the human organ trade - effective on July 1, 2006. This not only made it even more likely that organ farms/extermination camps such as Sujiatun exist all over China, but also implied that a nation-wide massacre would take place before July 1, 2006. This analysis is very much line with WOIPFG’s investigation results; and
Whereas, the CCP did not deny the allegations of Sujiatun Extermination Camp or verbally invite international media to go to China for an investigation until March 28, 2006, weeks after it had been exposed to the public. When Sound of Hope radio network and some other international medias openly accepted the invitation to go to China and investigate, the Chinese Communist regime failed to make any response. This shows that the Chinese Communist regime was only trying to deceive international society when it verbally extended the invitation; and
Whereas, the CCP is committing the most atrocious, macabre genocide and crimes against humanity in human history, even worse than the Nazis’ genocide of the Jews in Europe. The CCP can no longer use as an excuse that this is a “domestic matter” to refuse international society’s request for a complete intervention and investigation; and
Whereas, international society pledged after World War II to “never again” let a holocaust happen. International society has a moral obligation to immediately start an investigation and take legal action on Sujiatun and other extermination camps in China.
Therefore, WOIPFG sincerely invites the aforementioned international organizations and relevant state agencies to form a joint investigation group with us and immediately leave for China to investigate Sujiatun and other secret extermination camps where living Falun Gong practitioners’ internal organs are harvested for profit. This is a matter of the greatest urgency! There is not a moment to lose! WOIPFG is prepared to leave for China immediately to participate in an investigation.
