The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong ("WOIPFG") has established its China Hong Kong branch on May 16, 2003.



The purpose of establishment of the China Hong Kong Branch of WOIPFG is to reinforce the work of WOIPFG, strengthen its investigation works, and extend its sphere of influence.



The general purpose of the branch is to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigation, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in society.



The primary focus of the branch is to investigate the criminal conduct of the Jiang Zemin regime in extending the suppression and persecution of Falun Gong to Hong Kong, or any such crimes directly or indirectly related to Hong Kong, and through various legitimate means follow up and expose such cases, and apply sanctions or file lawsuits in Hong Kong or in the international community against institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong.
