The CCP’s Organ Harvesting From Living Falun Gong Practitioners Is a National Crime
After nine years of investigation, WOIPFG concluded: the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners is a crime of the state launched by Jiang Zemin and mainly carried out by the CCP! The CCP criminal group led by Jiang Zemin has been utilizing the entire state apparatus, including the army, police, judicial system and medical institutions, etc., through live harvesting organs for organ transplantations, have slaughtered an astonishing number of Falun Gong practitioners! The CCP has committed the crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity! And it has turned the Chinese society into hell, and demonized the Chinese people.
Firstly, Jiang Zemin Ordered The Military-Dominated Crime of State
Through over 10,000 telephone investigations and materials search, WOIPFG collected over two thousand telephone recording evidence, and over 10,000 evidences through several-round of searching and analysis of hundreds of thousands of public media reports, doctors papers, hospital website data backup and database of 865 hospitals carrying out organ transplants, over 9,500 doctors. We have published 1,162 pieces of data evidence and 60 telephone recordings in our report. Among them there are telephone recordings of conversations with five Politburo Standing Committee members, one vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, one Politburo member, the Secretary of the Defense Department, the director of Health Department of the PLA General Logistics, an armed guard, who was at the scene of an organ harvesting operation, several officials from the Politics and Law Committee, clerks from the organ donation offices of China’s Red Cross, and telephone conversation recordings with physicians from over 30 hospitals, who performed organ transplants.
A large quantity of evidence jointly testify: the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners is a crime of the state launched by Jiang Zemin and carried out mainly by the CCP.
Secondly, The Amount of Organs Harvested from Living Falun Gong Practitioners is Large and Beyond Imagination
Many people do not dare to accept this reality, because it is a form of evil that the world has never seen before, a massacre behind a closed iron curtain, which conceals the facts.
He Xiaoshun, a Member of the China Organ Donation Committee (CODC) and vice president of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University, said, "The number of liver transplants in 2000 is 10 times of that in 1999, and the number again tripled in 2005."
Liver transplantation hospitals increased from 19 hospitals before 1999 to more than 500 in April 2006. In 20 years before 1999, the cumulative total number of liver transplants was just over 100 cases, but it grew exponentially since 1999, and there were 5680 cases of registered liver transplants in China from January 1, 2005 to June 24, 2006.
4,231 cases of liver transplantation had also been continued to implement between June 24, 2006 and June 24, 2007, however, during which the world’s attention had been focused on the CCP’s organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
WOIPFG discovered that for over the 15-year period from 2000 to 2014, 83 military and local hospitals performed 2,000 to 3,000 cases of kidney and/or liver transplants annually, and 72 local hospitals performed 600-2,400 cases annually. The number of kidney or liver transplants from these 155 hospitals alone can total to be approximately 220,000 to 360,000 cases each year; and over 15 years, the accumulative number of cases is about 3.4 to 5.43 million, with an average of more than 4.42 million cases per year.
Since the kidney transplantation ratio was about 76.9% among liver and kidney transplantations, and the proportion of transplanting both kidneys was less than a half, the utilization number of both kidneys is calculated as 1.5. From the amount of kidney transplants in just these 155 hospitals, it can be calculated that the number of living organ harvesting was at least 2.23 million!
As of December 2014, there were 865 CCP organ transplant hospitals in the list of WOIPFG, among which 712 were kidney transplant hospitals. So think about that, how many cases could these hospitals do in total?
A dissident Yang Guang in Denmark disclosed on July 24, 2015, only in general People’s Hospitals and Municipal Hospitals, there were more than 500,000 Falun Gong practitioners died in organ harvesting, not including those in the Armed Police Hospitals, Military Hospitals and Police hospitals.
Thirdly, The Chinese Communist Party’s Mad Organ Harvesting
The survey found that organ transplant in China is based on reverse matching, and there is a huge living organ donor pool (in organ harvesting concentration camps). Moreover, these concentration camps for murder are throughout China. Here only name fourth aspects:
1. A surprising number of emergency transplants. US Department of Health reported in the United States, the average waiting time of liver transplant is two years, and kidney transplant three years. In China, the organ transplant waiting time is only 1-2 weeks, and liver transplants within 72 hours of emergent are actually very common. According to 2006 Annual Report on China Liver Transplant Registry, among 8,486 cases of liver transplants in 29 transplant centers collected between April 6, 2005 and December 31, 2006, up to 1,150 cases were emergent liver transplants, and the fastest transplant happened four hours after admission.
2. Many hospitals usually have multiple transplants going on simultaneously. For example, 24 cases of kidney transplants were conducted on the same day in Xinqiao Hospital of Third Military Medical University; 24 cases of liver transplants and kidney transplants were conducted on the same day in Tianjin Oriental Organ Transplant Center; 19 cases of kidney transplants were conducted on the same day in the First Affiliated Hospital Of Sun Yat-sen University.
3. There were multiple backup organs for a single operation, Huang Jiefu, the former Ministry of Public Health Department even took two live people as a backup for livers.
4. Organ transplants had crazy deep discounts or even free promotions. In 2006 after the CCP’s organ harvesting crimes were exposed globally, the amount of the national organ transplants had a sudden surge, and in many hospitals, number of transplants in three months exceeded the total number over the past year. In a sales promotion in April 2006 in Jilin Heart Hospital, it just cost 50,000 yuan for the first five cases of heart transplants; April 28, 2006 Hunan People’s Hospital launched a promotional advertising of 20 cases of free liver transplants surgery.
5. Township hospitals, and even county-level Chinese medicine hospitals also carried out a large number of organ transplants
Dongguan Taiping People’s Hospital: a township hospital, having conducted over 3,000 cases of kidney transplants by 2007, and a surprising amount of transplants in 2006, and having provided technology to 1,537 cases of kidney transplants.[1]
Gongyi Municipal Hospital, a county- level hospital in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and is a small municipal hospital specializing in traditional Chinese herbal medicine technology, surprisingly set up a Western surgery center which can perform difficult, highly specialized surgeries. Its kidney transplant center can receive 12 kidney transplant patients at the same time; and can perform up to eight cases of kidney transplants in a single day. Li Hongdao, the director of urology at the transplant center had carried out more than 500 cases of kidney transplants[2], so what made Chinese medicine hospital like this one in China also to be involved in organ transplants?
Fourthly, the main source of living organ donor pool is alleged millions of Falun Gong practitioners arrested during their petition.
Since Jiang Zemin’s persecution of Falun Gong from 1999, millions of Falun Gong petitioners were illegally arrested, and have been missing up to now. Meanwhile, the explosive growth of the number of organ transplants surged sharply, it only took 1-2 weeks to wait for type- matching before a surgery. WOIPFG obtained evidence through investigations that Falun Gong petitioners who refused to report their names have been held in secret, and under the management with code as a living organ donor. Fifthly, organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners still continues, and the signs of accelerated organ harvesting appeared again.
Even though the international community had been concerned about organ harvesting, investigations of WOIPFG on over 1,000 organ transplant doctors in over 30 provinces, more than 1,000 transplant to doctors 30 provinces, municipalities under the jurisdiction of the central government from March to September 2014 showed that almost all the organ transplant hospitals in China were still soliciting for business, generally claiming that there were plenty of high-quality organs from young, healthy living organ donors. There were still some hospitals confessed that organ donors were Falun Gong practitioners, but just more ambiguously.
For example, Shen Zhenya, director of Cardiovascular Surgery and research center in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University said, “They are now available every month, after you come, I guess to wait a little more than two weeks, we should can find the donor. Falun Gong ......, we have, one case this year.”
In June 2015, WOIPFG had reported the suspected number of forced organ harvesting by the Chinese Communist Party from living Falun Gong practitioners was over 2 million, and had presented phone call recordings of Zhang Gaoli, the Politburo Standing Committee member, and Zhou Benshun, the former Secretary-General of the Central Political and Law Commission, both of them admitted the existence of organ harvesting. Since then, the CCP had again speeded up their organ harvesting. For example, Chen Jingyu, No.1 in lung transplant in China, vice president of Wuxi People’s Hospital said publicly on August 13, 2015, "I originally thought the lung donors might be less this year due to the cancellation of using death-row-inmates as donors, however, we had a lung transplant every three days, we just get busier than last year". Doctors in liver transplant division of First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Medical College said on September 25, 2015 clearly that they can do liver transplants in 2-3 days, or at most ten to half a month.
Finally, please pay particular attention that our investigation is not conventional, but special investigation when the entire China is in a state of overrun war. Because it is CCP’s National Crime which is more evil, more cunning and more brutal than the Nazism! The report is only part of the evidence and clues of WOIPFG in over nine- year investigations in extremely difficult conditions, and it is only be the tip of the iceberg of evil CCP. We could not list the specific number of transplants of each hospital as in a regular investigation, but the available evidence is sufficient to prove that the CCP’s organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, a crime against humanity does exist in China; its huge scale is far more than our imagine. We appeal the international community for deeper investigations following these clues! Stop the CCP’s atrocities against humanity! Save the moral conscience of mankind!
Currently, there are over 220,000 Falun Gong practitioners, who are suing Jiang Zemin. We firmly believe that the grand trials against Jiang Zemin and the CCP will take place soon. And we believe that their crimes are far more serious than that committed by the Nazis!(And we believe that the trials will be far beyond the Nuremburg trials!)
The persecution of Falun Gong is genocide and crimes against humanity, and the same with Nazi war crimes, all participants must take responsibilities, regardless of any countries, organizations or individuals, they will be subject to moral and legal penalties. Investigating and stopping the CCP’s crimes against humanity is the responsibility and honor of each country, organization or individual.
WOIPFG will continue to investigate globally the criminal conduct of any institutions, organizations and individuals that have been involved in the crime of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, and will take them to court for justice.
