WOIPFG Announcement to Investigate Members of the "Hong Kong Youth Care Association"

As a Hong Kong-based organization within the Chinese Communist Party’s "cult association" system, since June 2012, the Hong Kong Youth Care Association Limited (“the Association”) has been recruiting followers of the Chinese Communist Party in both Hong Kong and mainland China. In Hong Kong, the Association disregards the local laws and regulations and blatantly harasses Falun Gong practitioners, the local residents and tourists. A number of the Association’s members have allegedly been involved in cases of personal attacks and intentional injury. The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) will start the investigation on all of the leaders, members and behind-the-scenes supporters of the Association. Our principle is that whoever committed the crimes will be held accountable; for group crimes, each individual participant will be held accountable, and abettors and directors will be held responsible in the same way as those who directly committed the crimes.

In the following table, there are photographs taken on the scenes during the Association’s harassment of Falun Gong practitioners. Regarding the named leaders of the Association, we hope to receive information on their families, businesses, sources of income, and their dealings with the mainland. Regarding the unidentified members, we hope that people familiar with them will be able to provide their names, addresses, contact information, employment information, sources of income, and in the case of people that recently arrived in Hong Kong from the mainland, their date of entry into Hong Kong, their documents that permitted their entry, their sources of income in Hong Kong and other information. The targets and scope of the investigation are not limited to the people listed in the table. We hope that all parties will spontaneously provide the information on the Association’s members, who are not listed in the table, to our organization.

WOIPFG will continue to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, to bring such investigation to full closure no matter how long it takes or how far we have to search. WOIFPG will continue to exercise the fundamental principles of humanity and to restore and uphold justice in society.
